2. Pricing and Payment All prices on Flamehues are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets through our secure payment partner Razorpay. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be completed before your order is processed.
3. Product Descriptions We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours and appearances may slightly vary due to screen settings and photography lighting. We do not guarantee that product descriptions are completely error-free and reserve the right to correct any errors.
4. Order Acceptance Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. In such cases, a full refund will be issued immediately.
5. Shipping and Delivery Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 7 days across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control. Please refer to our full Shipping Policy for details.
6. Returns and Refunds Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging. Damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded at no extra cost. Please refer to our full Return & Refund Policy for details.
7. Prohibited Uses You may not use our website or services for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful or fraudulent content, to impersonate any person or entity, or to interfere with the security or functionality of our platform. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account.
8. Limitation of Liability Flamehues shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
9. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
10. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
